I’ve been here twice for my annual eye exams and both times have been pleasant experiences. Dr. Klaus is super friendly and very kind. He seems to spend an appropriate amount of time adjusting the lenses during the exam to make sure he’s getting as close as humanly possible to an accurate prescription, unlike a few other places I’ve been (*coughmyeyedoctorcough*) where they flip things a few times and send you on your way even if you don’t sound sure. He asks helpful questions and definitely cares about your eyes. As a practitioner, he and the assistants definitely get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I only knock off a star because the frame selection here is pretty minimal, and the ones they carry are mostly designer that are over $200, which is a bit much for me personally. And the frame shapes / colors are pretty standard anyway, so there aren’t really any options for someone like me who wants a much bolder or brighter look. Even so, I’d definitely recommend this location for your exams and eye health concerns.

The entire staff was very friendly. Dr. Klaus was very attentive and educated me on my vision care needs. Excellent selection of eyeglasses frames and good prices. Highly recommended and will come again.

I brought my 100 year old here for an ongoing issue. The staff showed kindness and patience. They explained everything to us and really made him feel heard. They conversed and talked about him as a person. He felt so good when he left and said “I think I found a new eye doctor”. Thank you to everyone on the staff.

Dr. Klaus and his staff at Triangle Eye Care are thorough and attentive. That's why I've been a patient for years now. My son had his first eye exam here recently, and everything was wonderful. Everyone was patient, informative, and courteous.

Triangle Eye Care is a great place for full service eye care. The office is beautiful and they carry a wide range of frames. The exam is thorough and conducted by a very thoughtful and competent team who are kind, considerate and lovely! Dr. Klaus was patient and open to discussing any questions I had.
