Triangle Training Zone

Friday night, I got off work around 5:40 pm and realized as I was driving away from work that my tire had an issue. I pulled in with a *totally flat* tire right before their closing time. 😬They didn't bat an eye and helped me, even though they were about to close! I felt so bad, but I was in a pretty sticky situation. Romeo was so friendly and helpful toward me. I was able to get 4 new tires put on for a reasonable price and I was so relieved to be on my way home. I would highly recommend this place and I will be back for sure!

My family and I have been coming here for since 2011 and they have always gone far and behind every visit. I was helped by a young lady named Taylor who kept that same family friendly customer service my family is used to. I use this facility for my son AAU basketball team practice and individual skills training. This state of the art facility it’s clean and keep up very well. I highly recommend this facility to any athlete who play sports and any coach/trainer that have a team to go check out this great facility.

This is where I bring my son to practice for AAU basketball. They offer many different personal training programs for kids and adults to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It’s an amazing place all around with outstanding management. The location is extremely peaceful with Sky Zone down the walkway.
