After seeing another Rheumatalogist, I knew he wasn't the one for the job. I found Dr. Ross &6+ yrs later, I've NEVER thought of leaving. My Rheumatoid Arthritis was so painful & the fatigue almost debilitating. Within 6 mos, the change was amazing. She gave me more than hope. She gave me my life back. At first, you may think her cold, but make no mistake, she is full of compassion. Realize that it is her intense focus on everything you say & she is observing you at the same time. But when I found myself diagnosed with Fibromyalgia & crying b/c I knew what was ahead, she held my hand & told me we would work to get it under control & she delivered. And Pamela, Holly, RN and Ashley, PA are the icing on the cake. Pam keeps the insurance companies in their place fighting for you behind the curtain making the world of paper make sense. Team effort is real. Make an appt. & see for yourself.

Interim is a very good home health care to work for. They care so much about their clients and employees. They are organized, professional and keep you informed and educated. I would not work for another home care. I appreciate how they communicate about a client and or anything else you may need to know!! I recommend them to have the best interest of anyone’s family!

We have such a great office staff, always smiling and willing to go the extra mile for us out in the field. The owner Kristin is always looking to better our future, and make sure we have the most up to date education and resources. They care so much for us employees its better than working with family. I am very proud to say I’ve been with Interim Healthcare for 2 1/2 years now. I adore the owners and management team. They have so much knowledge but knowledge can be taught. They also have so much compassion,
patience and integrity. These qualities cannot be taught...either you have it or you don’t and they have it all!!!!

I remember meeting the owner (Kristin Beckholt) walking in for an interview. I thought to myself, I want to work here. I have learned so much from them, as they are always continuing our education. They have even helped me in my personal life with my own aging mother...understanding different conditions and what to do. I love working with people and helping others. I finally have the perfect job for me.

I’ve had a terrific experience with Interim HealthCare of Washington MI. I have managed all my dad’s caregivers for the last three years. At one point I had three agencies providing coverage. Once I found Interim they were able to provide coverage for all the hours I needed. All of the caregivers are kind hearted individuals and they have become family to us. The office staff is also easy to work with, helpful and kind. I cannot recommend them enough. Best agency around!!

I had been going to a different rheumatologist, and that doctor retired. I was in a great deal of pain and my RA was really not being managed well, I realized, after I became a patient of Dr Ross's. She helped me tremendously, and also helped me to be more prepared for double total knee replacement surgeries I needed. I am doing much better since I have been her patient. She is very thorough and helpful. I am very happy with her and her entire staff--they are all so good! I highly recommend this practice and am so glad I was able to get in as a patient with this group.

Interim has been taking care of my father in law for 4 months now and my family and I are so blessed to have Kristin and our caregivers apart of our lives.They’ve truly become family. Everyone we’ve come in contact with is very compassionate ,professional and goes beyond what is asked. I would definitely recommend Interim Health Care to anyone.
