My daughter has special needs and finding a dentist was a challenge. Dr. Ravindran was recommended by a nurse. From the first phone call he was wonderful. He explained the process, and the process for insurance approval was started immediately. He was also very accessible, and returned emails and calls very quickly. When we met him at Wake Med the day of the procedure , he made us feel very comfortable. After the procedure he explained everything he had done, and discussed after care. My daughter will be seeing him for all her dental needs. I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Ravindran and his team at NC Hospital Dentistry are amazing. Dr. Ravindran was very patient with my daughter Katlyn, allowing her to voice her concerns and listening to her. He is thorough and followed up to ensure Katlyn was doing well after her procedure. The staff at NC Hospital Dentistry and Duke Regional Ambulatory Surgery were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. We give them 10 STARS!!!!

Absolutely the best service. My special needs son needed dental work. First phone call was from Vejay Ravindran, DDS explaining the services they offered. Gloria helped me with all the paperwork to have a smooth transition before our arrival. She answered all my questions. She was a delight. On the day of surgery, it went well. The staff was very nice, his nurses, Shannon, Michelle and many others were so kind. William helped us to the car and assisted my son. I received a call the next day checking on John. We have been waiting for a spot with UNC Chapel Hill Dental School for years. Having special needs and requiring full anesthesia for routine dental cleanings and work means your options are VERY limited.
We were referred to NC Hospital Dentistry and were given an appointment within DAYS. Within a month, we were scheduled and had the work done. Everything went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. We will refer every special needs family we know to this practice from now on!
