I and my family became patients of Dr. Ravindran when our long time dentist passed away. I am very impressed with Dr. Ravindran and her staff. They are professional, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. . I am extremely happy with the level and depth of service i have received from Dr. Ravindran and her staff. I highly recommend them.

I needed to see a dentist for a tooth that I recently broke, I’ve always had anxiety when going to the dentist and that was one oh the questions on their questionnaire form. I scheduled my appointment right after the office was able to open back up, only 1 person allowed in waiting room at a time and they had Hand sanitizer when you walked in. Before you head back to the examining room, they also request that you wash your hands and keep mask on, unless they were working on you mouth, which was a plus for me. Dr Urvi and her husband were very kind and gentle, because once I got that of course I had more going on in my mouth and I knew that, but due to my fear of dentist I prolonged the care I needed to ensure that my teeth and gums were in the best shape. They explained each service I needed going forward and in great detailed, she explained why I needed to do an old broken tooth first and not the most current one, the recent tooth that I broke was all the way in the back, but the older broken tooth was not and I needed to save it so that my teeth will stop shifting and making my teeth crooked even more on the bottom. She discussed maybe getting orthodontics on the bottom. My overall experience was the best I’ve received since moving to North Carolina from Alaska. My appointment to get my 1st crown is June 9th, I’m nervous but know I’m in good hands.
