I’ve been using Progressive for years and have always had great experiences and customer service. They have replaced my water heater, installed two new A/C units, installed light fixtures and upgraded some old plumbing fixtures. The regular maintenance they perform on my HVAC units in the spring and fall have kept them in perfect running order and have prolonged the longevity way past the manufacturers expected lifespan. The city inspector was so impressed by the installation on the gas pack he used Progressive to install his new HVAC system. I used to get multiple quotes for heating, electric and plumbing services or repairs but not anymore. Progressive has always had the most competitive prices and fantastic service. I highly recommend them.

Able to get someone today instead of waiting longer (the weekend or later). Alex was professional, dressed appropriately, well manored, and kept me abreast of the findings and cost. The job was completed quickly and I was offered membership for a home care club to keep my ac/heating, plumbing, and electrical inspection.

Many thanks to Swift Bros and Jose C, who came to our rescue when our hot water heater broke. Jose worked hard through very hot conditions to make sure the job was completed and our new hot water heater was installed. He did a great job cleaning up the work area as well. Great company, dedicated worker. Highly recommend.

I have used Progressive for many years. Have had AC/heat annual service for years too, at a reasonable cost. We have had two new ACs installed (we have a unit on each floor), and a new furnace. The systems they install are of high quality. I'd recommend their service any time.
