  I've never met Jennifer Ito, ND in person. I've only had phone consultations. I had done a lot of research on my own on my condition. She endorsed some of what I was already doing, suggested her own approach, introduced new supplements and modalities I would have never known about without her. She would dispel her knowledge, which is deep, and summarize it later in a report for me to have. She uses a dispensary that DOES offer high quality supplements at the lowest prices available (believe me, I've checked). Every time I had a side effect, or didn't adhere to her advice, she never chastised me, she only supported and encouraged me. She's part naturopathic doctor and part counselor. It's been about 2+ years since I began with her, and I wouldn't be doing as well as I am without my numerous phone consults with her. Everything she suggested has improved my condition and me as a person. If I didn't follow certain advice, I did later on and the results validated everything she said. I'm grateful for Dr. Ito's influence on my life, it's been invaluable. I highly recommend her to anyone considering a ND, no matter their location.

  Jennifer Ito has so immensely helped me improve my life, my overall well-being, and because of that, my family. My energy level is better, my mood is regulated, and my hope is increased. I am beyond grateful for Raleigh naturopathic clinic.

  I’ve loved seeing Dr. Ito. She really listens, asks great questions and gives you her full attention. I always leave feeling hopeful and with a plan that works for me and my body. Highly recommend!

  Dr. Ito is an absolutely incredible naturopathic. She takes the time to actually listen to you, answer your questions and explain her rational behind why she's prescribing what she is to help you. I cannot recommend her enough if you have specific health issues you're dealing with or in general want to live a healthier lifestyle. Her knowledge is extremely impressive and I feel so lucky to have found her.

  Dr. Ito is amazing! From the first appointment, she was very warm and actually listened to what I had to say. She's definitely an expert in her field, and the interventions she recommended were incredibly helpful. It's hard to find both compassion and knowledge/expertise in a doctor, but Dr. Ito has both!
