Scott is extremely professional and advised us on care methods and intervals that were specific to our carpet age, type and traffic patterns. The staff is professional, friendly and pays attention to detail. At this point we have used both the endcap and extraction cleaning methods. Each time the carpet has looked great. I highly recommend Carpet Care of the Carolinas.
