Steve does a fantastic job! He was very responsive and professional and does great work. The rugs look brand new. The price was great and the rugs came very clean. I could walk on the rugs in less than 2 hours. I will bet using him regularly to maintain my rugs moving forward.

The pricing was also great and I felt like I was in good hands through the entire experience.
