Debera was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She spent A LOT of time with me as I take a lot of time to make decisions and she did not rush me. Debera explained the differences on all the adjustable bases, had me try them, so I could see and feel the difference. She is a very good salesperson for doing all of this and not being pushy! Thank you for this Debera! I can't wait for my new bed which should be delivered in 2 days! I've bought from Mattress Firm in the past in Wisconsin more than 10yrs ago, and again 7yrs ago for my daughter, and have always had good customer service and good products. 👍

Upon entering the store I was greeted by Stephanie who was very friendly and attentive. She asked questions to get an idea of what I needed then showed me several mattresses to try. She explained all the features of each and how they compared to one another. When it was time to make a decision she even found great discounts to use towards my favorite mattress. The 2 sale ladies and I had great conversations during my visit to the store and it made the purchase very pleasant. I’m excited to sleep on my new bed and pillow!

My husband Fred and I went to your Casa Grande store over Labor Day looking for a new mattress. Stephanie was an incredible help to us. She listened to our situation. Fred and I both have back and knee issues and Stephanie showed us mattresses that would help support and relieve our problem areas. She was very patient and gave us time to really get the "feel' of the mattress. With Stephanie's expertise knowledge and understanding we found the perfect mattress.
Last night was the first time sleeping on our new mattress and I honestly got the best sleep I've had in months!

Stephanie was very knowledgeable and patient while I made my bed choice. Excellent customer service. She’s a great salesperson too, I bought more than I had in mind when I went in to the store. Never pushy.

Emily, the sale associate, was thorough, well spoken, knowledgeable and polite as she guided me through my selection of a mattress. I would recommend this store and sales person because she wasn't pushy and allowed me plenty of time to ask questions and test out the various mattreses.
