Here is the short version: if you're looking for a real estate agent, you should absolutely call Patty. She is incredible and you will be blown away by all of the ways she and her team go above and beyond. Seriously. Amazing.

Patty and her team absolutely exceeded our expectations at every stage while helping us find and purchase a home in the area. Here are some examples:

1. Patty was patient and supportive of us as we looked at a ton of homes before finding one we liked. We never felt pressured to settle and she quickly learned our tastes and helped us hone in on the right homes. She would even proactively reserved tour slots for hot homes based on her understanding of our tastes. When homes are selling super fast in a competitive market, this was a huge benefit. Patty always made herself available to us and was ready to move fast when needed.

2. When touring homes, Patty was not afraid to get her hands dirty and would go into crawl spaces, under sinks, or wherever was necessary to get a feel for some of the hidden aspects of a home. Her expertise was really valuable here and could potentially save thousands on lost due diligence money by finding issues before an official inspection.

3. When it came time to make an offer, Patty did some fantastic data analysis to give us a recommendation on what specifically to offer in order to maximize our chance of the seller accepting our offer without overpaying. Her recommendation wasn't based on gut feeling or guessing, it was based on hard data and it worked like a charm.

4. The day we were submitting the offer, before I could even get to it, Patty had already contacted our lender and got the ball rolling on getting the pre-approval letter generated. Once the offer was accepted, literally the next day Patty's team had already scheduled a home inspection, termite inspection, site survey and radon test. She made it so easy on us! Incredibly, before we had the inspection report for more than an hour, Patty had already scheduled a plumber to come out to give an estimate for addressing some of the items in the report. She met the plumber at the house and took care of everything.

I could go on and on. Seriously, Patty is someone you definitely want on your side. Her team is amazing as well and made the closing process completely effortless for us. It was smooth sailing. Shout out to Colleen for her amazing support!
