We had to take passport for our kid as previous one was expiring. Took online appointment yesterday at another location and after reaching there, they said no staff is there to do the passport process. The suggested this location has walk-ins. We couldn't find another appointment till school reopens in any location, so came to this location today around 9:45. We were fourth in the line for walk-ins and there were few appointments too. In one hour, everything was done. Staff was amazing too.
We needed to replace a lost passport. Originally we had an appointment at the New Bern Ave PO but they called to cancel the day of. They suggested trying a walk-in at Westgate so, with some trepidation, we did. We were second in the walk-in line and received excellent, prompt and professional service. I highly recommend the passport service at this office.
