Began came out and did a free inspection and found hail damage. He was so helpful in the process of replacing our roof. Worked with our insurance and made sure we were informed and comfortable with each step of the process. He was on site on install day. The crew was great as well. Very happy with our new roof and with the service we received.

We used Metropolitan Builders to recently replace our roof and we very happy with the result. We worked with Cameron whose customer service skills were excellent. Getting a new roof can be a pain, and knowing the right questions to ask and what to do next can be daunting. Cameron was extremely helpful, courteous, and most of all responsive!!! Our roof looks great and the work was done quickly. I would definitely use Metropolitan again and I would specifically ask for Cameron!

I recently had my roof redone because of damage caused by an April storm, Metropolitan Builders helped me through the claims process and the roof looks great, was able to upgrade to a new color and all. Very happy with the work, would definitely recommend.

He is very honest about pros/cons of options rather than trying to sell you something. He was very helpful with the claims process. He took the time to answer all my questions, was on-site for the installation, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Finally, they were able to schedule us quickly despite the amount of work from recent storms. I highly recommend them.

It was great working with Metropolitan Builders, when we have to replace the roof of our home. It was nice working with Nick; he inspected our roof and assisted us throughout the process by working with our insurance company. The job was done in a day from start to finish.
