The Crossings at Alexander Place

I recently moved into my apartment and I came out of state but Nila and Javier were cooperative throughout the entire application and leasing process. So far I have no complaints whatsoever. The front office and maintenance are friendly and easy to get in touch with if you need anything or have any concerns.

Nothing but excellence. This is the best complex I’ve lived in ever. Javier was my leasing consultant. Great guy, very sweet, and very professional. He didn’t try to hassle me into their apartments. Honestly the quality of the complex and units sell themselves. They always answer on the first ring, if not, they will call back promptly. Since moving here I have not heard any gun shots, no broken in cars, no chaos whatsoever. The complex is quiet and full of young professionals and older couples. Hard to find these days.

Nila, who I believe is the manager, has been nothing but so sweet to me every time I come to the office. She’s prompt to help me with any and all concerns. She’s respectful and makes sure us tenants are happy. The Crossings at Alexander have monthly activities to keep the community engaged, some times even free breakfast! Shoutout: Thank you Nila and Javier for everything so far.

I’ve lived all over Durham and Raleigh and this place is by far the best complex to live at. Plenty of parking (no permits required like some other places), valet trash (no outrageous valet fee), prompt, professional, and friendly maintenance team… I could keep going.

I have high expectations in a rental complexes and they were more than succeeded here.

The best apartments I have lived in North Carolina without a doubt. a super immediate maintenance service, satisfying the needs of the residents, a very clean pool, a first class gym, and general order. The office employees are very friendly and attentive to questions or needs (Jazmin and Javier). I recommend these apartments to everyone.

I love LOVE living here. The entire process from getting a tour before move in to all the community offers is amazing. One of the staff, Nila, has also been incredible through it all. So professional, kind, and always willing to help! The community is quiet, but friendly! The amenities are perfect, the gym, basketball court, pool. So good. All the other staff are also super friendly, people in the office and maintenance staff. I also love that getting packages is done in a secure office. It’s a safe neighborhood but it’s still cool to have my packages be kept in a space for me to go get. Loving living here so much!
