  Service was quick and effecient. I had no trouble getting service and the line want long. Courteous staff was a nice bonus

  I was immediately impressed by the courteousness of the staff. I came in to accompany someone I support with disabilities. His sensory and spacial needs may be different from others that walk in the door. Vicki was very welcoming and polite when we arrived, and the wait was short.
  
  I felt Bryan was able to mold and adapt himself to the needs and differences of the person I came with. He did not rush things and allowed breaks as needed to avoid him from being overwhelmed. Bryan's professionalism, experience and knowledge was not relayed in a manner where I felt we were being pushed, as he was patient and made sure we understood everything. No questions were seen as dumb questions.
  
  We were shown different models and received thorough explanation of them all. Although nothing was purchased that day due to outside reasons, I know we can walk in and be welcomed just the same. I also appreciated that I wasn't hounded with phone calls begging us to come back (as I have with car sales people). I would highly recommend working with Vicki and Bryan.

  Today is my Birthday! With out telling Bryan or staff that it was my birthday, they had coffee and doughnuts waiting for me. Working in customer service, they really went out of their way to treat me like family. I will definitely be referring friends and family. Thanks Bryan and Vicki, you guys are awesome! Patty B.

  Bill and the team are helpful. We’ve been coming here for inspections for a few years. They’ll fix minor things to get you in and out with a passer certificate. Very honest. Yesterday they fixed a brake light we had out while I sat in the car. Great service. Tip to minimize wait times, avoid Fridays and end of the month. Starbucks is across the street and helps pass any wait time!

  Rebecca is absolutely wonderful! I came in a few weeks ago to get hearing aids for my son and they are great! She was very helpful and made everything very clear to me and how they work etc. I would recommend anyone to come here.

  Bryan and his fiancé are both amazing!! They treat you like family and really want to help! It’s been 10 years since I’ve gotten new hearing aids and the set me up with the best new hearing aids!!! I am so happy and so excited! I highly recommend this place, they are very sweet people to work with and they know what they’re talking about! Keep up the amazing work! Thank you so much!

  From the beginning to this point in my hearing recovery my experience with Miracle Ear, Bryan and Nicole have been completely satisfactory. They took the time to understand and diagnose my hearing loss and to provide me with the capability to enjoy and continue my work and a normal hearing experience. Their service after the fact has been quick and effective. I have nothing but good to say about Miracle Ear, their staff and hearing equipment. I Heartily recommend them for all your hearing needs.
