“If it weren't for the new management company taking over the previous "The Mark" apartments, I would be leaving a 1 star review and going on about how terrible this place is, like everyone else on these reviews. However, The Mark was bought out and is now called Alister Lake Lynn and the new management company is amazing. Truly if I had not already signed a lease at a new location, I would have renewed and continued in living in my current apartment. I have full faith that their maintenance team could have quickly and efficiently addressed all my issues in my place. Marquis is probably the best maintenance manager I have ever worked with in my life. He truly knows his stuff and it shows that he actually cares about what he is doing. His team is also a delight to work with. I cannot remember all the names of those who work at the office, but everyone that works for this company thus far has really impressed me. Despite the poor previous reviews, I would 10/10 recommend Alister Lake Lynn. I feel confident that their team will turn this complex around. Thank you Mill Creek Management! Keep crushing it.”

I called the lady at the front and she was super friendly and solution oriented. Brian, the owner, called me personally and was able to work with me even with no insurance coverage. As a small business owner here in Raleigh I can recognize the little things that the man did to go out of his way to assist. His character and kindness is what makes his business an exceptional piece of our community. It's no wonder why EVERY SINGLE PERSON I encountered there was an upstanding professional with a super positive attitude. As far as the therapy, Andrew, my PT was very knowledgeable on the exercises and treatment that I needed to get back to normal. “WOW FANTASTIC. I have an old classic car so few have the knowledge how to do this installation. 1965 I had called around looking at reviews which are often not reliable as google is often a waste of time. But not on this review. I spoke to a few companies about installation, most flat out said they don't install these. Bobby the owner was meticulous and persistent about getting it perfect with his assistant Greg. The price I felt for a classic on site install was better than great. All in all what a pleasure to hire people who are honest excellent at what they do . The only draw back as its important to always try and cover all sides. They are very busy it might take a few calls but more than worth it. My opinion is there is no other company in my address book for windshields and auto glass.”
