This place is just incredible. They treat customer with care, dignity and professional courtesy. Justin listened carefully to my issues with my iPad and iPhone. He creatively came up with multiple technical, cost-effective solutions and then went to work. By the end of the day, all problems were solved. Justin did Apple, Geek Squad and others could not. To me, he is a WIZARD, GENIUS, and MAGICIAN all in one. Anything computer issues, don’t even think about going elsewhere. This is the place.
I learned that TenPlus Systems is a certified Apple Authorized Service Retailer after trying to make an appointment at the often booked-up Apple Store Genius Bar. I'm so glad I tried this company out! There were plenty of appointment slots available, and it was much easier to social distance (we wait in our cars in between technician check-ins) while getting quick support. I worked with Peter, who was professional, helpful & quick to diagnose + fix my phone issues. I'll definitely be back!
Took my iPhone 7 in due to the battery was degrading. I reached out to TenPlus because they are a certified premium repair facility for Apple. I called and made an appointment, I went at my scheduled appointed time and they got me in on time. Justin came out and explained everything to me, he checked my phone and found everything on the phone passed except the battery. He did a battery replacement for me and I was out of there in 1 hour. My phone is back to peak performance now. Can not ask for better service than what I got, would go back in the future and recommend to everyone I know. Great experience, Great Customer service.
Easy to make an online appointment and very smooth/quick intake at the store. Quick and clear assessment and quick repair while I waited (replacement of front screen). They even addressed the financial sense of the repair. I will definitely use them in the future- if needed
Love the convenience and service received from TenPlus Systems. Much easier than going to the Apple Store and I get the same quality service. Justin Cook did a superb job replacing my iPhone's screen. Love how he explained my options and then completed the repair in a timely manner. TenPlus will always be my go-to for service/repair of my Apple products. Also, they sell Apple accessories - again - convenience.
