  I just want to say we received outstanding customer service from Manager Mike at the Garner location. We had an order that was incorrect last week and we had already driven 25 minutes to our home and did not realize it was incorrect. We did not want to drive back so we called the store. We were told the entire order would be remade for us. Manager Dulce said to call and come back when we were ready. It took 9 phone calls and over a week to get through the call center to finally reach the store. We reordered our first order and ordered a second item. When we arrived at the store the order was completely ready, and Mike was kind and generous and we did not have to pay for the second order.
  Mike showed an outstanding level of customer service and you now have dedicated customers who will spread the word! Thank you from Denise and Dan!!!

  Our family has eaten at City BBQ since it opened. We have always had a great experience. The food is very good and reasonably priced. They have done a great job keeping their restaurant open during Covid-19 and providing curb side service. We ate there last night and was able to sit on the patio without feeling like we were at risk of getting Covid. They have rearranged the dinning room to accommodate few guest that want to sit down to eat. And it appeared they continue to do a great pickup business. Again, the food is delicious.

  Great Carolina style BBQ. Friendly staff. Amazing sides and huge portions. Not expensive either. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars yet is because I have only eaten there during the pandemic so it's all been carryout so idk about the table service yet. Will update when I do. Definitely great food. Always busy.

  Very clean and organized....this location knows how to do it right...staff truly feel excited to help you and make your visit enjoyable... The food is great and plentiful in the servings... They are busy and tend to run out of ribs of a evening....but then again, they run out because the are so tasty...I highly recommend...
