(April 23, 2018, 10:42 pm)My mom lived at Lawndale the last 16 months of her life. She enjoyed her time there with all the inspiration, activities and entertainment they have. Joel Anne and Marianna are the activity directors and are both very loving toward the residents. Joel Anne works around the clock and goes above and beyond to keep them entertained. Mia and her daughter Shae, Keisha, Tonya, Nita, and all the caregivers are extremely patient and caring. Momma loved them all and she made some very dear friends there. When your loved one loses his or her ability to remain independent, this is the best place they can be and still have as much independence as they are capable of. I appreciate all the love and care they gave my mom and I'll be going by from time to time to say "hi" and to show my gratitude. This is where I'll want to be if I need help.
