(September 11, 2020, 2:13 pm)A great place to get your vehicle serviced. They are always honest about what you need, never try to make you spend money doing stuff that’s not needed. I needed a quick inspection, and they got me right in. Even did an oil change while it was in the shop.

(August 27, 2020, 1:29 pm)I'm glad I looked further than the "fixers" at 40/42 who were unwilling to quote a job over the phone, despite me knowing exactly the problem and the fix. Their unwillingness to work with me led me to find John and the guys at Family Auto. John gave me a quote for the job over the phone super quickly, and had the part in and work done within a few days. Despite it taking longer than the book said it would, John kept his word and the price didn't increase. You can trust these guys to not rip you off, and do what they say they're going to do. They will get all my business going forward.

Very professional, took the time to thoroughly go through the car and answer all our questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a reputable automotive repair shop.
