  I just left here and I want to say do not base your opinion off of these reviews because I drove an hour away to go here and was expecting the worst but in actuality I had the best experience in the food was great! Soon as I walked in the door they all spoke to me I explained this was my first time going the young lady at the register did not mind explaining anything about the menu to me.

  Excellent- Superb Customer Service - Shaylynn - She stepped up and took charge, she made sure that our food order was corrected and that she ensured that we had a great experience at this restaurant,
  
  I am tremendously impressed with her leadership skills and selfless dedication to her job at Teriyaki Madness.
  
  Shaylynn has mad customer service skills ! - Excellent listener, so calm, collective, passionate and caring. Excellent attitude with a winning smile.

  Fantastic food, my only complaint is when you have veggies added, it waters down the rice. So if I could recommend anything, I would say have the vegetables on the side

  Very delicious!! I got the spicy chicken and it was spicy but nothing too crazy. The Edamame is to die for! I did not experience a long wait time and they bring the food to your table. The food was hot and fresh. As for the previous review the rice is SUPPOSE to be sticky/mushy so that you can pick it up with chopsticks. I would definitely try again and very different than your average fast food place.
