(September 25, 2019, 2:35 pm)Agent Sandra M Maxwell is the best. Always on top of things, very friendly and kind does not mind how often I need her I know she is always there and willing. Which is more frequently than not, my doing not hers. She does not make me fill like I'm a number to her but like part of the a family. Which for most people, it may not feel proper for me it means a lot. I also work in costumer service I intend to treat my patients as if we are long time friends, rather it is the first time we meet or someone I see regularly. Like my old wise husband says " Don't ask for what you don't give. Respect and kindness." Thank you Sandra for all you do.

(February 28, 2013, 2:35 pm)Ray Beaird at Carolina Insurance Group in Garner NC has been my insurance agent for the 5 years. He has both my home and auto. Somehow, he gets my insurance premiums to go down almost every year. He picks up the phone every time I call with a question as well, and if I need to meet with him, he is there within 24 hours--usually same day though. I use Ray myself and so do many of my clients. Thank you and keep up the great work Ray!!
