I have been seeing Alex here for therapy for my back. The whole staff is awesome. Very friendly and professional. In a short time, Alex has helped me resolve my issues and learn techniques for the future. I will missing the little talks we had during treatment.

After a year and a half of ortho visits, shots and PT with another group and still in pain, my PA suggested I try physical therapy with Pivot. At the end of my initial visit, Alex ( Alexandria) said “ I think I know what your problem is and I think I can help you” ....and SHE DID! I also tried dry needling with Lauren and Emily and that too was successful. Now as long as I do my exercises, I am pain free. The office staff is very efficient and more than willing to “ keep you in mind in case there is a cancellation.” Everyone there makes you feel as if you are a member of the family. I am most impressed with the fact that the therapist there spend THEIR ENTIRE TIME WORKING JUST WITH YOU. They are not double booking patients unlike the two other PT groups I have used in the past. My husband just had total knee replacement and he will definitely do his PT there.

I had not had PT before so was reluctant to start. I'm so glad I went! Alex has such a lovely, gentle smile & manner that she quickly put me at ease. She didn't rush thru the history-taking. Then she started me on gentle stretches since I am in my late 70's. The facility is very new so it is very clean. The receptionist was pleasant & accommodating in setting up a schedule which works for me. I would definitely recommend this easy access location on Timber in Garner, NC.

I was helped by Alex Wood for strained upper back muscles that limited my movement in my right arm. We talked about the problem and then she was very thorough in her treatment. She was smart and professional but also warm, friendly and with a great sense of humor. Pivot Physical Therapy is lucky to have her working for their company.
