    All sales reps were prompt, helpful, and very clear. All three stayed an hour after closing hours just to help me get my new phone activated. Above and beyond. I definitely recommend this location due to the staff. Thanks so much!

    Great experience: Nice clean store and friendly staff. Andy Harder was helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to upgrade my phone and with the phone trade-in I ended up with a better deal than I thought I could get. Thanks Andy!

    Steve was very patient and thorough. He transferred all my websites and we went through each one so I felt comfortable with new phone before I left. Came out to Garner vs Cary because I never felt comfortable at Cary location. Thank you, Steve!!! Will recommend him to anyone looking for new phone.

    Highly recommend this place if you need to get a new phone with Verizon. I went in first thing Monday morning because my screen no longer worked. Steve got me a new phone right away, looked at the best price options for how much I wanted to pay monthly, and even was able to get me a "trade-in credit" to help with the cost. I didn't feel pressured into buying the flashiest phone on the market, I got exactly what I needed with the iPhone 11. Steve also helped me transfer everything over, and really had a solution for everything it seems! I am super satisfied with my care and I know I will return here in the future for all of my Verizon wireless needs.
