Sam's Xpress Car Wash (Knightdale, NC)

Deontae was very attentive & professional from the moment I got there. He went over and beyond all expectations that I had for the services I received. I will return to this business because of him and will be the first to recommend my friends and family to come here! Very clean & respectful place to come!

My wife and I stop by today (Dec 23, 2020) and got the top wash. After going through the wash and vacuuming our vehicle, Dion (your employee) saw that the back of the vehicle and rear fenders did not get clean. He pointed it out to us and immediately apologized for it not getting cleaned and gave us the opportunity to go through the car wash again to make it right. Dion was amazing! A+++ employee. His dedication to customer service and attention to detail is top quality. We have been coming to this car wash for a while now and this was far the best experience we have had. Felt like we were family.

Gabriel did a fantastic job assisting me today. I never knew there were two vacuum hose options. He explained to me how the process worked and showed me how to use the carpet cleaning system. Couldn’t be happier with my experience and I will be returning to see him and his delightful team. Hard to find good customer service these days and they have it!!

I normally like to hand wash my vehicle, but the Sam's Express car wash does a very good job, especially removing the salt from my car in the winter.

Does struggle on cars with deeper or sportier profile wheels. Does not clean these wheels well.
