Clean and well organized store with exceptionally professional and knowledgeable counter staff!! Went here one day to get a part warrantied as I was close. The next day I needed a few other parts, I drove well out of my way to go back to this store. Thank you again Anthony!

here at Pike Electric we do daily dealings with Napa Knightdale. we have never had this much satisfaction and great customer service!

Went in on a Saturday 10 minutes before closing time had an unexpected problem . Anthony was on duty at the time and he took his time did not make us feel uncomfortable that we were last minute shoppers.
I must say the best customer service around. They did not have the exact part we needed but he worked with us until our problem was solved. Definitely got our business we dont even live in Knightdale but it's worth the drive to know you will be getting knowledgeable and courteous help.
