  We had our kitchen countertops replaced and Joanna was great throughout the whole process. She speaks Chinese as well as English which helped the communication a lot. Her attitude and integrity meant so much to us.
  
  She let us pick out the exact stone we wanted (went to the warehouse and put our name on the slab). There was a little mistake in where the sink was cut so she recut and replaced it so seemingly. We weren’t satisfied with the color of the stone so since she had to recut— she let us pick out a completely different stone color at no extra charge! While it might have been costly for her to do this you can tell customer satisfaction is her number 1 priority. This is why we will definitely go to her for any future renovations!

  I just had Natural Gallery to replace my kitchen counter top. It is beautiful. It is like Mother’s Day present. Joan was very patient to answer my questions each time. She is honest and gave me suggestions on how to transform my old kitchen to a modern one. Peter also paid follow up visit to make the bar looking even nicer.

  Full five star... Joanna , Peter and installation crew had done fantastic job to renovate my kitchen with granite. They have great deal of patience with your choices and professionalism. I was recommended by my family member and went to them with my rough measurement. After quick visit from peter, and some suggestions about measurements, Joanna sent me estimate and installation time frame. All installation was done in a day with very professional crew. I was very happy with their work so i decided to do my two bathrooms later on which was done same professional way.
  
  Price wise, i found them very reasonable. Depending upon your budget they can fit you in with quality of work. In future, i do not hesitate to go back there for any kind of such upgrade. Thanks!!

  These guys are terrific. Best prices. Best people. They came in and measured, gave us an estimate then came back in a a matter of days. We did not have time to go by the warehouse to select the slabs we wanted so we gave them the criteria and they matched exactly what we requested.
  On top of that, they managed a tricky install around some irreplaceable molding (literally no longer made). I highly recommend Natural Gallery for your next renovation. It was recommended to me by my best friend because of what a great job they did for him. I like their consistent excellence and you will too!
