(June 4, 2020, 8:02 am)I live in Winston-Salem, NC, and I drive to Raleigh to get my hair cut at the Dominican. Truco not only gives a first-class cut, but gives a great experience. It’s what I first noticed, and what keeps me coming back. At the Dominican, they treat everyone professionally and with respect, and all are welcome. I have taken my 11-year-old there on a couple of occasions and he loves the atmosphere. I’m glad I could show him that kind of experience. The music, the barbers talking with each other, the people coming in and out sharing stories... the energy of the place just jumps at you. I’ve met some very cool cats there. It’s a great spot, and a great experience!

Never boring, I enjoy the banter between barbers even though I don’t always know what they are saying - but they laugh a lot! Barbers here are seriously talented professionals. They seems to take pride in tailoring a cut to the individual.

(May 10, 2019, 1:19 pm)Nice barber shop. They charge around $20 for a hair cut but be sure to find out the rates before sitting down and having to pay after the cut! Better to bargain before hand :) because the guy who cuts your hair may not be well versed in English to be able to respond to your request/argument lol. Otherwise quality of hair cut was good
