(August 21, 2020, 6:59 pm)These guys were great to work with! Quick, professional and they seemed very chill. I’ve been taking my cars back up to Richmond since moving here bc I’ve had bad experiences with mechanics down here but a family friend recommended this place and I’m so incredibly happy.
They didn’t try to force an $80 cabin air filter down my throat like a dealership does, they did the job and warned me of potential issues I may come across with my particular model.
10/10 will go to again. -

(March 28, 2020, 2:57 pm)Joe was great to work with. Gave me a time to drop my car of. Gave me a call back to go over everything an a estimate of how long they would need the car. Everything was on time. What I really liked was that they wanted to keep it over night to drive it a little to make sure everything was in good working order and no warning lights come back on. That was a great idea. My car is running great now. Very happy to see all those warning lights off.
