This is actually our second purchase from this location. We purchased a dryer a couple of years ago and couldn’t be happier with the product and service. Yesterday we purchased a fridge for our new home at one heck of a bargain! We took our time in deciding which involved multiple trips to this location. Every time we were greeted with friendly, helpful service. If and when we need more appliances, this will be our first stop!

Had a great experience at this store! The staff was friendly. Christopher knew the product very well and answer all my questions with professionalism. Once I got to the manager, I understood why the great service. Justin was very energetic, knowledgeable, and helpful with the purchase.

I was visiting my daughter in NC and noticed her fridge was not working. Mom mood kicked in and started searching. I saw the reviews and they are on point. Justin was great and very professional. He went beyond to make us happy. Our salesman was awesome. I can not remember his name but anything we needed and looking for he took his time with us and we found a great fridge for a awesome price!! My daughter has had the Fridge now for over 3 weeks and it is great. We also bought a patio set and lawn mower. All items were on sale and got a great deal! Thank you Sears Outlet!! They have an extensive inventory of appliances, some are damage and some aren't, that's why you get the low price. Friendly staff. All we had to do was look through their inventory and find the best price and the best condition. We will definitely be back next time we have to get another appliance.
