Mr. Roof Raleigh

Update: The Mr Roof team was in contact with me by the next day after posting this and had someone out to run the perimeter of the house to grab any extra detritus that had fallen from the roof. Superb customer service, I really appreciate it. Thank you all. Changing my review to 5 stars.

Overall, I liked working with Mr. Roof and as far as I can tell, they did a good job on the roof (I can't get on there to look at it, but there's no more leaks and we replaced it with a quality roof). However, i have to dock a few points due to their cleanup, which was abysmal. The first day after completion, the team left before cleaning up anything and left me a note saying they would come back the next day. They did come back the next day and ran the metal detector vacuum over everything, but a lot of items were missed and areas around bushes and the close perimeter of the house were completely missed. From time to time, the wind knocks additional nail pops and pieces of paper off of the roof that I assume were left there. My husband and I don't feel comfortable walking around the yard barefoot, as we have found several nails in the grass. Not sure if this is just the way it is with roofing jobs, but it's unfortunate that we are continuing to have to clean up things we find in the grass, bushes, etc, even 6 months after the job has been completed.

I am very happy with my experience with Mr. Roof. My new roof looks outstanding and was done right with great attention to detail. The crew showed up on time and and did outstanding work. Clean up was thorough. Our project manger Kim is extremely knowledgeable and was right on top of things. Both Kim and our salesman Chris have been very responsive. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Roof, good value, outstanding quality.

I had Mr. Roof put a new roof on yesterday. The team was on time and did not waste any time getting started. They were very courteous and friendly. I do not give good reviews unless deserved. This company deserves 10 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️. The project manager was awesome. He answered all my questions, and then some. I would highly recommend Mr. Roof- Raleigh for all of tour roofing needs.

Our experience with Mr. Roof was great! They were quick and professional and our new roof looks great! We were really impressed with the work crew that came to our house. On top of doing a great job putting on our new roof, they also did an excellent job of cleaning up all the debris and nails - this was a big concern for us since we have young children and a puppy who play in our yard daily. I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Roof!
