Great experience! Dr. Ortiz was great with my children and me. He was very professional and friendly. I trust Dr. Ortiz and his office staff is great! They are very accommodating and friendly.

Excellent customer service! I came in knowing nothing at all about contact lenses and Dr. Ortiz and his staff explained step by step and had a lot of patience with me since I didn't know how to remove my contact lense. Very friendly and comfortable office. Best in the triangle!

Dr. Ortiz is always very professional during visits. He takes the time to sit down and explain my options to me. He was also willing to fit me in on short notice when my eye spontaneously started turning red and wrinkly one day. Although I've moved since I began seeing Dr. Ortiz and have other ophthalmologists within a few minutes of me, I still choose to drive 30 minutes to see him because of how well I have been treated there. Highly recommend!

We needed to check our son vision after he failed the pediatricians screening at his 10 yrs old check up. Found Bright Vision and Dr. Ortiz he was fairly close to our house we booked our app and we were walked through what to expect by the Dr. himself. He made our son feel safe and comfortable. He ended up needing glasses and Dr. Ortiz was very gentle and explain to him that the glasses will make his vision much better and he took the time to explain that glasses won't interfere with the sports he plays. Overall great caring doctor! I highly recommend him! The office staff goes above and beyond to schedule our appointments that fit our kids and ours busy schedules!
