(January 16, 2020, 3:45 pm)I’ve really enjoyed living here. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Maintenance came to fix my A/C today, and also fixed the lock on our front door so it closes easier which we didn’t even ask them to do. It’s above and beyond service.

(January 8, 2020, 2:10 pm)I loved living at university suites . Ms.Linda the property management at the time was amazing super nice . Spacious rooms very clean I didn’t have to many issues with bugs. Normal to see one here and there but that’s about all . Roommates was super friendly.

(July 30, 2019, 2:55 pm)Lived at University Suites for 2 years. Loved the setup of the units, loved the setup of the complex itself, and always had very positive interactions with the staff. Staff was always eager to help and maintenance requests were always completed very quickly. Would recommend this place to any student in Raleigh.
