I came today for oil change and spark plugs for 2012 BMW 328I. Thought I needed spark plugs bit found out I didn't. The service was excellent and customer service was great as well. Gave they honest opinion when it came to service your vehicle needs. Would recommend them to anyone, thanks again guys!

The service and atmosphere at RDU Motor Works is absolutely amazing. I went in because I needed a to change my fuel pump a few weeks ago, as a friend had recommended them to me. As soon as I walked in, I felt right at home and very taken care of. The entire staff is extremely kind, genuine, and welcoming. They were very patient with me (as I do not know much about vehicles), and I left as happy as could be. I will definitely be returning to RDU motor works for all of my future needs, and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone with any motor needs! Excellent staff, excellent service!
