The Pointe at Heritage

I enjoy living here. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Most neighbors are good and don’t bother you. Staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance team isn’t the best with dishwashers from my experience. Not a big deal ended up fixing it myself. Overall not a bad spot to live.

5 stars is not enough!!!! Informative staff beautifully kept property, valet trash! Our leasing agent Danielle was VERY helpful with every step of my mothers move-in the assistant manager Samantha was great as well if I had any questions when Danielle was not available. The property manager tana was fabulous. The maintenance team helped us with our move-in and were so kind. We are so thankful for all that they have done what a great team they have. The property is beautiful and the pool has so much space for the summer months. My apartment was very clean when I entered and I highly appreciate there patience and guidance through the process.

Me and my husband's experience at The Pointe at Heritage has been good! The apartments are absolutely beautiful, and the community is so well kept! Any maintenance requests we've had so far have been handled quickly and properly.
Staff here are kind, prompt, and overall amazing resources whenever we need anything.

We needed a short term rental and have been delighted with the lovely people here at this complex. Samantha and Danielle couldn't be any nicer or more wonderful to work with.
The maintenance crew is so friendly and helpful. The apartment has been recently renovated and is very nice. It is still communal living. We sometimes hear our neighbors. I imagine they sometimes hear us, too. But that's to be expected. I would prefer if all residents would take advantage of the plentiful doggy bags that are generously provided by the complex. Certainly the complex has done everything they can to encourage polite and responsible dog ownership. Other amenities like a very state of the art gym, pool, cookout area, walking paths and even a dog wash really help this feel like a nice home. On the weekends, I love seeing the kids play and neighbors on their balconies toasting the weekend. So many of the residents really love living here, and it shows! It's a nice vibe over here. The location is very convenient. It is an easy stroll to all of the shops and restaurants at Rogers and Main. We have really enjoyed our time here at The Pointe.

Danielle specifically has been continuously great. I cannot sing her praises enough. Throughout the entire application process she went above and beyond, responding to all questions & concerns extremely quickly. She made the application process quick and easy.

We've been living in the community for a few months now, and both Samantha & Danielle continue to be kind, prompt, and overall amazing resources whenever we need anything. It's been a pleasure to see their smiling faces whenever we visit the leasing office.

Overall, we love living here and would recommend it to anyone!
