I looked for a dog groomer in the durham/raleigh area for a few years before I found Petco in Wake Forest. I was hesitant because its a big corporation and I was afraid it wouldnt be a very personal experience. Everytime I bring my dog Khaleesi here, we have a great experience with all of the staff. I have a very anxious dog when it comes to nail trims and bath time, but when I bring her here the staff are able to handle her with ease. They know her here now. I trust my fur baby is safe here and she always comes out looking and smelling fresh. They do a fabulous job. The staff are really authentic and I can tell they enjoy what they do. That'd hard to find these days so I'm very grateful I found it here!

Smallish but very well stocked. Grooming service. Live fish, small pets, reptiles. Live bugs for food. Decent prices. Walmart has frequently been out of pet supplies I need so I've shopped here. Bathrooms were very clean. Staff was helpful. Hay and other food was fresh.

Faith, our dog trainer, has gone above and beyond to assist us with our dogs. We had gotten the package during the pandemic, and well, life happens. However, she has stepped up and truly wowed us. She is respectful and tremendously knowledgeable. This isn't just a job for her, it's a dedicated passion. If you are looking to train your pet, please go here! 🙌

I took my toy poodle Dallas to get groomed today by Zariah. She did an amazing job! He came home smelling and looking good. Everyone that work in grooming has been amazing to work with and make sure to get the dogs groomed in a reasonable time. My Dallas will definitely be returning!
