These guys did a fantastic job. They kept me updated on the progress of the work, and were always nice and courteous. When I got my vehicle back you could not tell it had ever been in an accident. I have started recommending this body shop to all my neighbors.

I had a tree fall on my car and things could not have been smoother with Carolina Collision. Pam at the front desk helped with everything from updates to car rental. The communication was excellent and my car looks better than before! I highly recommend!

I stopped by, as a walk in, to see if anyone had a few minutes to look at a trim piece that has come loose/almost off on my vehicle and was being held on with twine. My intention was to simply get a quote and then possibly schedule an appointment for the work. Not only did someone take the few minutes to come take a look, he took a few minutes to just fix it. It was just a matter of some clips and a couple of screws and he was done. He did this at no charge. I was surprised and extremely grateful. Customer service at it's absolute best!!

After hitting a deer on Capitol doing 60 mph in my Tahoe my insurance company sent me a list of a few places. I’m so glad I chose Carolina’s Collision. They were incredibly patient, working around my schedule. Everyone there is extremely professional and polite. Not only was it an incredibly friendly experience, when I got my Tahoe back it was perfect and they had detailed it! I was so excited to see it like that after leaving it in the condition I did. I would recommend them to everyone!

I would 100% return here for collision repair in the future. Starting with Kenny - he has always taken great care of me so wherever he is I’m going. The repairs were excellent. The paint match was perfect and they completed everything ahead of schedule. There are a lot of places to take your vehicle to be repaired, this should be at the top of your list.
