  I just moved to wake forest and was looking to get a trim and schedule a last minute appointment at salon serenity and spa. I LOVED it. The people at front desk were so kind and helpful. I got my hair done by Alex and she did an amazing job. I will definitely be coming back.

  I am so happy with my experience at this salon. I went to Karen and she did an amazing job with my hair. My old stylist stopped seeing people so I needed someone new. I had such a hard time getting stylists to call me back. It was very frustrating. I love that this salon has a receptionist who answers the phones and can put you on the schedule. Karen listened to me and discussed what I wanted for my hair. I love what she did and had a great time getting to know her. I’m so glad that my hunt for a salon is over!

  I don't often take the time to write reviews. I've gone to the Serenity spa several times in the last year. They are always timely, and extremely courteous. I won't go anywhere else for a massage.

  I loved this salon the first time I lived in Wake Forest and I love it again! The receptionist was super sweet and welcoming, very professional. My new stylist, LauraLee was AMAZING! She listened, advised and did the most amazing job with my hair. I wanted a new style and was nervous but could not be happier.

  Visited for the first time and had a shampoo, style and cut with Jordyn. Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and followed safely guidelines for Covid-19. Jordyn nailed my hair cut! LOVE. IT! Highly recommend and will be coming back! Thanks!
