(September 22, 2020, 8:23 am)The individuals that work at this particular Meineke are AMAZING. They are extremely polite and so professional. They make it known that they care about you and what’s best for your car. They don’t try to get you to buy something more expensive just to make more money like other auto shops. My family and I just relocated to Wake Forest from Knightdale and this shop is by far our favorite that we’ve been to. Very reasonable with their prices as well! Thank you so much for the professionalism and service. You will definitely see me again for my next oil change!

(August 23, 2020, 7:34 pm)I can’t speak highly enough of the team at this location. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Whether it’s your first or fiftieth time going for their services they take great care of their customers.
They’ve gone out of their way to provide the vehicle care our cars/trucks need to be safe while working with what they can to keep everything very reasonably priced.
5/5 stars. Only shop we use anymore. -

We have used Meineke for several years and have never been disappointed. Jay and the team have demonstrated a level of excellence and customer service that has become a rarity. We have never had a concern with their work or professionalism. I now find myself highly recommending them without any reservation.

(June 19, 2020, 10:30 am)Once again these guys hit it out of the Park!!! I have used them before and loved the job. Took my new car in for an exhaust. They did an excellent job... Jay is the best he listened to exactly what I wanted. They always make you feel like you are important.... I really can't say enough good things about this place. The owner and his wife are the best. At the end of the day my car sounds great and I couldn't be happier! Take it to Jay and nobody else
