Simply the BEST service!!! I went in today to talk about an embroidery machine and check out the store. Not only was I given information I got to sit down and try a machine and have a lesson! Fabulous selection of fabrics also! I am so happy I stopped in because it was one stop local shop and you couldn’t ask for better customer service !!

I just went in to look, 5/28/2021 but the gal who was there, sorry didn't get her name, was SUPER helpful and patient! Great little shop to visit if near Raleigh, a must stop!! Thank you so much!!

As a growing small business I truly appreciate the kindness shown to me by the staff at Quilt Lizzy. Our company decided to venture into the world of embroidery so I made a visit to Quilt Lizzy on a Saturday evening to explore our options. Karen was very patient in showing me the features and capabilities of their embroidery machines, demos included. Although the store closed at 5pm, she stayed well beyond closing to ensure my needs were met. The owner was also very kind enough to personally assist the following week to bring in equipment that had to be specially ordered. I look forward to being a long time customer!
