Everything was awesome. Store was neat and clean and the lady that helped me one of the owners at the Durham store was amazing in helping me pick a mattress out and delivering. My apologies I'm horrible with names lol. Also good conversation and great one on one customer service.. And the best part is I was able to make a payment plan and take my mattress home right away instead of waiting until it was fully paid for. Stores like this need to stay around forever

Mr. John was patient, professional, and answered all questions. Slept peacefully. I did not wake in the middle of the night. Best investment ever. I felt a sense of peace and relief. My back isn’t tight nor sore when I awake. Gel memory foam mattress.

My parents just bought a GREAT bed from John, and my 89yo mother, who struggles with back pain and poor sleep, told me she’s finally getting good sleep the bed feels so good. Just a testament to the quality of the beds.
I don’t even consider going anywhere else now. We just call/text John, let him know when we’ll swing by, pick out our bed and he usually has it delivered that same day. Such an easy process!

Just bought a new mattress from John last week and I'm absolutely loving this thing! no more back pain in the morning and the mattress feels to be very high quality! I couldn't beat the quality of the mattress, genuine customer service from John and super quick delivery, less than an hour after I left, from his driver who was very nice, respectful, & fast! I have no problem tipping someone when they go above and beyond like that!
