Instructor (Melissa) was energetic and motivating and she explained/demonstrated the movements very well. Will definitely be back!

(February 5, 2019, 11:32 am)I was visiting from out of town and was looking for a challenging pilates studio. PBX fit the bill perfectly. The jump board class was just the right amount of cardio and strength. Ashley was a great instructor and made me feel welcome my first time. Great studio!
