WakeMed Primary Care - Forestville Crossing

Fantastic place for primary care! Kyle Atkins took great care of my son who needed a same day appointment. All of the providers are knowledgeable and friendly. The medical assistants do a great job and our appointments are always running on time. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great place that can take care of the entire family!

Very conveniently located, then the care from Tatiana Hardy was great, taking the time to know me, while keeping a little pressure on to do better myself.

The check in was very quick. The nurse who took me back and took vitals was very nice. I enjoyed seeing Tatiana Hardy. She is a very empathic listener, and she took her time to review all my medications and suggest a change. Check out was also quick. The entire visit was 5-stars.

Wish I found this office and especially Dr. Chang years ago. The process was so simple and timely. I didn't fill out tons of paperwork only to be asked the same questions again. I spoke to a PA and as she asked, she typed directly into their system. I was seen by Dr Chang; she is soft spoken, but direct in her questions, she was inquisitive and never made me feel rushed, yet was very efficient from a time prospective. I am not one to run to the doctor, and most of the time, I end up in a urgent care or quick clinic if I really need something. I couldn't be happier to have found a primary doctor that I am comfortable with and trust.
