Pro Desk at The Home Depot

Easier than Lowe's to find help. They seem to really cater to the trades which is nice. Their pro section can have your order ready when you arrive. Seems more streamlined and efficient.

I am a contractor that visits this store daily, some times more than once daily. I honestly don't know how someone could write a bad review. Every time I enter this store there are at least 2 employers at the desk or behind it offering help if I need it. Most of the time i know what im there for and don't need any help but its good to know they are there. I obviously work with the pro desk more than not but even when i need to return something there is someone at that desk who is friendly and keeps me moving. Lowes on the other hand NEVER has anyone behind the desk who can help you. If there is someone there they are either on the phone or pretending to be busy. When you do finally get help its not much good. How can you work a pro desk and not know your products. I would never visit Lowes if i didn't have to,but sometimes they carry specific items i need that i just cant find at Home Depot at that time. I get nothing out of writing this review other than correcting some of these people saying that they are not awesome at the Home Depot. They are.
