  Jim and Tyler are extremely responsive and very professional. They do stand by their work as there was an area that did not come 100% clean and they immediately called me, scheduled a return visit, and made it right. I will definitely use them again.

  I have used Phoenix Cleaning Solutions twice when a townhouse I own has been between tenants. They have been able to accommodate last-minute scheduling both times and have done a phenomenal job making the carpets look phenomenal. All of my tenants have had dogs, and the day after Phoenix has done their job, you could not tell a dog had lived in the house. Very kind, very responsive, on time and do great work. I could not ask for more, and I will call on them again.

  Tyler and his son were very professional, efficient and the carpets looked AMAZING! And Tyler took the time to explain the chemical compositions that compromise the cleaning process. He also gave me tips on how to maintain my carpet. I will definitely use this father/son team again!!!

  First time using Phoenix and was beyond pleased. They cleaned and stain protected my carpet in all 4 bedrooms, but the highlight was how they cleaned the tile and grout in my kitchen! My 10 year old floor looks new! I forgot how light the color of my grout was. They also sealed the grout saving me hours of work for a really reasonable price. They wore masks and were extremely pleasant. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them and will definitely use them again.
