Pilates En Pointe

Kara and Michelle are wonderful pilates instructors and the studio is very large. They are careful to limit the # of participants in class to ensure social distancing at all time. The classes are always excellent and changing so you never get bored.

Love the reformer classes. Extremely small class sizes are nicely socially distanced with masks and windows open. Feels very safe. Highly recommend

New studio with great lighting, brand new reformers, and tons of space. Kara is extremely knowledgeable and kind. She is the real deal and a great pilates instructor.

I am relatively new to Pilates, but have really enjoyed it so far, and I credit that to working with Kara at Pilates En Pointe. Kara is a great Pilates instructor who makes you feel comfortable, confident, and challenged. The studio is peaceful and the workouts have been amazing. I actually look forward to working out, which is something I never felt going to a standard gym or class. I look forward to continuing to take classes with Kara at her studio.

I have been enjoying Pilates classes with Kara of Pilates en Pointe for about a year now. It is a wonderful experience! Kara is professional, knowledgeable, very mindful of form as well as safety. The effects have been amazing. I am 66 years old and have never been stronger, especially when it comes to core strength and balance. Unlike other forms of exercise I have tried over the years, I never hurt when class is over. The studio is bright and clean and the environment is welcoming and cheerful. Customer service is personal and efficient. I very highly recommend!
