Storm Guard Roofing and Construction

When I was first approached by Storm Guard I have to admit I was skeptical. We've all heard the horror stories about roofers and folks being scammed. NOT the case with Storm Guard!

From the time of meeting with Justin, the sales associate, to the point of the work being completed Storm Guard was on top of everything. From Ben calling me to setup the date and time to Justin coming by the day of installation to see how everything was going. Ben, who orders materials and schedules the jobs, stopping by twice, morning and later that afternoon to make sure things were still going well. I was very impressed with their genuine concerns about everything going well.

The installation team was at my house when they told me they would be there, earlier actually.

Whenever I contacted Storm Guard someone contacted me within minutes.

I would recommend Storm Guard to anybody that needs any type of roofing work done!

100% happy with their roof shingles installation. A group of highly professional roofers, worked a LONG 12 hour day and finished everything in one day. Covered shrubs, grass, porch, deck all around the house first. The management was courteous, responsive, addressed minor post-installation issues with expediency to our complete satisfaction. I've had to work with many contractors as a home owner in recent years for various repairs and improvements. This is by far one of the highest quality teams I've encountered.

We had Jake Agruda visit our home today to inspect roof damage we had during our latest storm. Jake was punctual, very professional, and a credit to the company. He spent time walking through everything he would be doing at our home, explaining each step and answering our questions along the way. Make sure you ask for Jake!

Tim and everyone else at Storm Guard were great to work with! They communicate with you, which is something other contractors lack! Tim helped us get a new roof, after the first adjuster came out and said we only needed repair work. Meanwhile 80% of my neighbors were getting new roofs including one next to me and across from me. Whom both used Storm Guard as well! Highly recommend Storm Guard for your next roofing needs!!

The whole team was great to work with. Jake took care of the insurance and scheduling. They worked with us to get the roof finished before we closed on our sale. The roofing team showed up on time, were very respectful of our property, did a great job cleaning up, and were on the roof all day in terribly hot weather. I would definitely call them again for roofing/siding needs.
