I had the “service engine” light come on in my Giulia. I called in and scheduled a service in a couple of days time. I was nervous going into the dealership because of COVID so they picked up my car from my house. The service was completed in a couple of hours and my car was dropped off late afternoon. I am really pleased and satisfied with the service.
Johnson Alfa Romeo provides top notch service as well as fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend taking your Alfa Romeo or Maserati to this specific dealer. 10/10
My relationship with Johnson Alfa Romeo began after Hendrick stopped supporting Alfa after I bought it from them. I wasn't notified by Hendrick so my interaction with Johnson was by chance.
It's a lucky thing as I found Cory Rader to be the best Service Manager I've worked with. No one has gone more out of their way for me as a customer than he has.
In all of my dealings, he has been the face of Johnson Alfa for me and it is a good one. They worked around my schedule, always provided excellent customer service and my repairs have been completed flawlessly.

For the past 4 years I have been an Alfa Romeo 4C owner and I love my car. Unfortunately, the car came with a set of defects and has spent a lot of time in the shop. The customer service I have received from Johnson Alfa Romeo is second to none. I recommend this dealership to anyone seeking service for their car. I am glad that they are passionate about their customers as we are with our cars. I rate them an A+ and will continue to be a returning customer. The person that helped me the most was Cory, his professionalism should be model at other dealerships.
A great service experience. Cory and his team are a welcome change from the typical dealer service routine. All of my concerns were addressed and communication was stellar. Cory has set the bar on what costumer service should be and I have the utmost confidence when I bring my car to them. In short, it makes me want to buy another Alfa.
