Courtyard by Marriott Raleigh Cary/Parkside Town Commons

Hands down the BEST hotel I have stayed at in a long time. That's saying a lot, trust me. The front desk staff is awesome, housekeeping is top notch. This was the cleanest hotel and room that I think I have literally seen. I was very impressed. The rooms are large and airy. The lobby is huge with many comfortable areas to sit at. Maintenance had to come and change out a lamp, and no lying, he was there in less than 5 minutes. The sheets were crisp and fresh. The only 2 things I would change is, the amount of space to put personal belongings if you are staying more than a few days, and the size refrigerators in the rooms would not accommodate a family of more than 2. Other than that, it was great. My hat is off to the staff. Thank you!!!

Really great service! Malik was super helpful, getting me a late checkout and helping me find out where to go for an errand. The room was really comfortable and I had an overall great stay!

Beautifully appointed. Clean. Friendly staff. Great rates. What's not to love? We're definitely putting this hotel on the "come again" list!

It was our 16 year anniversary. I wish to recognize Ashley Thompson for her wonderful prompt service and help. She went above and beyond helping me book the room for a surprise for my husband as well as set up champagne and flutes in our room. She was also able to upgrade my room by my request. Very sweet and honest lady. Two other employees Sarah Hash and Lisa timothy were awesome too! They were very friendly and smiley. Both ladies reserved the pool at my request and were extremely helpful! Thank all of you who work together as a team because it has resulted in an overall truly amazing experience! Thanks again!!!

Great hotel! Was visiting some family and we stayed here. Beds were super comfy, bathroom is well-equipped with toiletries, coffee maker in the room (k-cups), wine/water glasses in the room, sufficient towels, extra pillows and blanket if needed in the closet, iron/ironing board, big screen TV...During check-in, fd attendant explained all the changes that are in place because of the pandemic. We didn't use the pool but it looked great! Would definitely stay here again!
