Verizon Authorized Retailer – Victra

If you need help buying a phone, setting it up, selecting accessories, or just have a question, visit Verizon at Parkside. Last weekend, I went to Verizon (Victra) at Parkside. Jennifer set up my phone, answered all of my questions, and discussed options for accessories. I never felt pressured to purchase any items. Although the store was busy, she made sure I took time to review the transfer of my data, answered questions and applied the liquid glass screen protector - a skill I definitely do not have.

Jennifer managed the flow of customers coming in, greeting each customer and ensuring current safety guidelines were met. The other staff working were equally personable.

If you want excellent service, knowledgeable staff and the feeling that you are not just a number, this is the store for you.

Alex took the time to address all my questions and answer any concerns I had. He also told me about all upgrades and best plan for me based on our data usage. Amazing experience!
